All the beef we offer is reared in the Western Lake District Valleys. We only use native, traditional breeds being Galloway, Hereford, Aberdeen Angus, and Shorthorn. Bred and reared locally we know the farm and provenance of all the beef we offer for sale. Naturally reared in non-intensive farming systems, the meat is of the highest quality and full of flavour.
